It was easy to adjust the height and arms, though it took me a little while to get everything set the way I like. Now that it’s dialed in, it’s comfortable enough for daily use.

I stopped by the showroom and the staff was super chill. They let me try out a bunch of chairs without any pressure, and everyone were really helpful the whole time.

My back feels way better now. I was sore before, but after using it for a bit I can tell a big difference. Really glad I tried it.

I got this chair a few months ago, i’ve been really happy with it. I use it pretty much every day for work, so it’s gotten plenty of time at my desk, but it still looks almost brand new. The material feels really nice, and nothing about it seems cheap or flimsy. Even the fabric and plastic parts feel solid and well made. It was definitely on the pricey side, but after using it for a while, I can see why. The quality really does match the cost.

I ordered this from Herman Miller recently, the chair has been great right out of the box. No real complaints about the chair itself, and shipping went smoothly too. Since I just got it, I’m probably still in that “new chair” phase, but so far it feels really comfortable and well made. The only thing is the price, it’s definitely a lot to spend on a home office chair. I’m happy with it for now, but yeah, it still hurts a little when I think about what it cost.

I tried getting an update on my order and just felt like I was being passed around for days. Every reply sounded like the same copy-paste message, and after a while I felt pressured to keep following up just to get a basic answer. For what I paid, I really expected much better support.

I bought a Herman Miller chair mostly because I figured the warranty would make life easier if anything went wrong. The chair itself is great, and I mostly remember being happy with it at first. But at some point the armrest started getting loose, so I reached out to support with photos and my order info. I don’t remember every exact date, but I do remember waiting around a lot. When they finally got back to me, they asked for the same details again, which was annoying. A few weeks went by and it still wasn’t really resolved. Maybe I’m forgetting some of the back-and-forth, but the main thing that stuck with me is how slow and frustrating it felt. For the price, I expected the warranty process to be a lot smoother.

It just looks kind of stiff and boring to me. I was expecting something with a bit more personality, especially since I was comparing a few options while sitting at my kitchen table with coffee, and this one just didn’t really stand out

The chair actually feels good now that I finally got it put together, but the assembly was more frustrating than I thought it would be because a few of the parts didn’t line up easily and the instructions weren’t as clear as they should’ve been, so it ended up taking me way longer than expected. It’s not a bad chair at all, I just wish the setup had been smoother, especially for the price.

When I contacted support, they basically kept telling me to wait, which felt disappointing. For something this expensive, I think a company has a responsibility to be upfront and keep customers informed. It fits alright overall, but I’m a little confused because the seat feels kind of narrow for me?? Not terrible, just not as comfortable as I expected

The chair showed up in good shape and it looks fine, so that part was a relief. But they did send one in the wrong color, which was kind of annoying because I was expecting what I picked. Still, it arrived okay and works for what I needed, so I’m not too upset, just a little disappointed.

It still showed up late, which was disappointing. I expected better timing, but at least I know what to expect next time.

For what this chair costs, it really shouldn’t be on the customer to keep chasing people just to get their money back. That feels unfair...

It’s definitely on the pricier side, but i think it’s worth it. I’m picky about what I spend my money on, and this actually met my standards
